Potato and Corn Chowder Gratin of Potatoes and Cheese Lily's Puff Pastry

Au Gratin Potatoes

6 Large Potatoes
1C Cheddar Cheese
1/2C Half and Half Cream
1/2C Onion
2TBS Corn Starch
1/4C Chopped Chives
1/2C Bread Crumbs

Preheat oven to 350. Slice potatoes, and sauté onions. Make a cream sauce with cream and corn starch. Add cheddar cheese, chives, salt and pepper. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until golden and bubbly.
