Dave's Garlic Mashed

4 Large Potatoes, Peeled
1 TBS Minced Garlic
2 TBS Butter or Margarine
1/2C Milk
Salt
Pepper

Peel potatoes, boil until tender, drain. Mash potatoes adding milk, butter garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
